Private Music Lessons

This Summer we have something for everyone: private music lessons, introductory music classes for children and group classes for adults at all skill levels.

Private lessons are the heart of the NMS music education program. We offer:

  • Personalized instruction on nearly 30 instruments (see list below).
  • A program of study tailored to your individual needs and learning pace
  • A trial lesson to help determine if a teacher or instrument are a good match

Woodbridge JCC
NMS also offers private lessons at the Jewish Community Center (JCC) of Greater New Haven in Woodbridge. This summer we are offering piano lessons.

Individual Instruction Rates

Single trial lesson (30 minutes) $39.75
30-minute lesson $39.75 per lesson
45-minute lesson $55.50 per lesson
60-minute lesson $69 per lesson
90-minute lesson $97.50 per lesson

  • Summer session is of flexible length. You can register for up to eight private lessons.
